Guideline

Homeworks will be handed out on Tuesdays
and due the next Tuesday in class. You will get 90% credit for homeworks
turned in within one week after the due date. No credit is given to later
homeworks.

You are encouraged to discuss the homework
problems with fellow students, but are expected to write up your own solutions
individually.
